1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote areas: 6–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed; they may vary due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier network delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹500: FREE shipping
- Orders below ₹500: ₹49 flat shipping fee
- COD orders: Additional ₹20 COD handling charge
All shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order from the "My Orders" section of your account.
5. Courier Partners
We partner with Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart, and XpressBees for reliable pan-India delivery. The courier assigned to your Order is chosen based on serviceability to your pin code.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your Order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking link first. If tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, or the shipment is marked lost by the courier, contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a re-shipment or refund, as applicable.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If an Order is undelivered for this reason and returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Failed Delivery & RTO
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after 3 attempts (e.g. recipient unavailable or unreachable), the package is returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin / RTO). We will contact you to arrange re-delivery; if that is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges already incurred.
9. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship only within India. Serviceability for Cash on Delivery and delivery timelines can vary by pin code, and will be shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. We do not currently offer international shipping.
